The process consists of several coaching exercises where we identify your life and work values, your personal and professional strengths, favourite skills, dreams, interests, knowledge and passions.

We open an ideas bank for all your career ideas, from where you will pick the best ideas and use them when you create your career action plan.

In addition to career coaching, I’ll also help with LinkedIn profiles, resumé and cover letter writing and job interview preparation.

I’m originally from Finland. I've lived in Southeast Asia for six years, and my current hometown is Budapest, Hungary.

Before coaching I worked in news journalism and HR for over 20 years - which I loved!

My first professional identity was as a journalist and news producer, and journalism really felt like The One. But after almost 20 years in journalism it didn't feel that way anymore. I studied organisation and management and wanted something else.

I switched careers into HR, which was a very valuable opportunity for professional growth and development.
